This is located in PJR Enclave Madeenaguda , near Aparna Hill Park.
It is not the Branch of DPS schools, but it is a Franchisee(?? Not sure) same as DPS Hitech City.
They have not yet started the construction, but they reserved a big area for the construction in PJR enclave road. You can find this location from PJR Enclave Road no-2 or Aparna Hill Park Road.

This DPS is a franchise and they are already having another running branch in HitechCitty, Hyderabad (DPSHITECHCITY.com). In my view, they maintains the standard. Look for DPSHitechCity reviews and decide.

ReplyDeleteThis is nor registered in Delhi Public school society list so please check for authenticity of school.As i checked with principle of DPS she denied the any relation with this school.Clearly mention we do not have any relation with this school she counted the relation with other registers DPS Schools in hyderabad. As you check the logo of Registered DPS and this Chandanagar DPS is having minor difference also.

ReplyDeleteI have spoken to the director of dps Aruna. She's says it is not fake and the building will be completed in 1 and a half month or max 2mnths....no need to worry.. all are just rumours coming out... hope everything will be ok...
And also Sonia the counsellor of dps chandanagar is available near the building and we can meet her if we need any clarifications.

ReplyDeleteIts starting very near to my place. Play School is at Deepthi Sreenagar and higher classes are in Aparna Hill Park road campus. They have just leveled the land for higher school campus. Its a 30 feet road leading to Aparna Hill Park from KSR enclave. Its the only way in and out of the entire Aparna Township. Approach road will be a major challenge as its very small and lot of construction activity around with high speed heavy vehicles passing through the school lane which is very scary and noisy. I suggest parents to ask the management if they are planning any other alternate route. Parents staying in Aparna and planning to get admission for their kids, please check with Aparna Management if they are coming up with alternate connectivity to main road which can reduce the traffic near the school. I will keep the group posted if I get any more information.

Hi everyone Reg: DPS Chandanagar I paid 26k as admission fee but unfortunately we have to shift to Bangalore . We spoke to Aruna she gave us the option to get any new admission so that it can be refunded. ReplyDeleteWe've joined our son in DPS chanda nagar. We were lead to believe initially that this branch is part of DPS. We failed to realize the difference between a franchisee a branch as we were convinced enough with the emblem and the name which were exactly the same as the actual DPS when we took the admission in February. However, they have now changed the emblem and the name to Delhi Public Secondary School which is a shocker to us.
ReplyDeleteEven if we ignore the name, emblem, etc. their infrastructure, the organization of a new school, planning, etc. are very pathetic. Day 1, kids did not have proper seating. 2nd, 3rd, 4th grade kids were made to sit on chairs that are for Nursery. They don't have all the teachers recruited yet. They've said they were going to employ only B.Ed plus 2 years of experience teaching staff, at the time when we paid the admission fee. However, they have now recruited teachers with no B.Ed and even teachers with no experience. The kids that joined this school have already lost the entire one month of April session, as they have only started the school in June. I am highly concerned that the children will lost more number of days now with the lack of readiness of all the details yet. It is a clear case that the school has used the name DPS to attract admissions, other than that this branch has got nothing to do with DPS society nor does it had any standards confirming to DPS. The fees that they are charging is exorbitant for what the school has to offer.

DeleteMy kids are studying in Dps.it’s a place to learn not only the academics, sports and all the other cocurricular activities but as a mother I have observed they are learning to grow individually developing the treasure within my kids.I'm quite satisfied with the school and the teachers.

This is completely a fraud.Primarily, coming to the DPS brand wise, although they said it is a franchise, but they played strategy of using actual DPS logo, emblem and name during admissions, we can see actual DPS logo on prospectus and fee receipts. When it came to name the school building, books , school diary and everywhere they changed the emblem, logo and name to DPSS. This is purely a deliberate intention of misleading/deceiving parents. Anyone who joined their kids into DPSS ( no more we should call it as DPS) should realize this ASAP.
ReplyDeleteSecondarily, but the most important aspect of school activities or the way they are handling students, engaging kids( especially pre-primary) is not at all.
1.No personal attention towards toddlers, leave all crying kids to aayas where class teacher focuses only on non-crying or bit matured kids. They would not have planned for pre-primary sections if they are not able to manage kindergarden/Nursery kids.
2. There is no proper care/engagement to encourage pre-primary kids towards schooling, always trying to bound/ toddlers in to the class room, how can a toddler would like to sit in much bounded class room?
3. No adequate infrastructure/ play items for toddlers to engage and attract.
4. Class rooms are too small in size, no proper ventilation.
5. No information/communication to the parents on how kids are being engaged in the class rooms, school management always trying to hide themselves from the parents-teacher/principal interaction, which is very much required at least in the first couple of weeks when school is set up newly and its new for students too.
6. Same kind of feedback is being heard by co-parents saying that lots of homework ( written) is given for PP1 & PP2 kids itself, while kids in PP1 and PP2 kids are new to Writing skills, this will kill interest/enthusiasm in kids towards schooling. Also, I heard that class teachers are scolding students(pre-primary) if they are did not complete such heavy homework. I don't know what kind of school management is this, while all other schools are not giving any homework upto 2nd grade. Giving homework is not an issue but it should be quantifiable/reasonavle as per the class and grade.
7. No specific seating/waiting langue provided to parents/ whomever coming to pick up their kids in the noon. I see that most of the parents are working and grandparents are coming to pick up children are waiting on the road side, its horrible situation.
8. Also, during leaving time, kids are handed over at the gate as if they are prisoners,kids are frightened with these kind of uncomfortable handling.
9. We see that school bags of pre-primary kids are being carried by student itself, while kids are too small to carry them.
very pathetic . we should take action against such a fraud and non sense school management ..

Its just a franchisee. 40 students per section and 1 teacher, they say 2:40 but who knows if the teacher is same for multiple classes? Better to stay away from this school. neither teachers are trained nor professional. Management who don't know how to behave with parents - the bread and butter for them - we just kept our kids for a better tomorrow - its just a foolish decision. They have been so mercy less - they are even beating lkg and pre-kg students in kids. If we raise a complaint against any one then it is gone case - your kid will not be considered for any event - and they will start complaining abt him in PTMs. Is it a school or not sure what to call as. Many schools are much and much better than this - I sincerely urge parents don't spoil your kids future - DPS is the not the only choice for your kid - the world is so vast - do some better inquiry before admitting him.

Bull shit they are surviving on the fees that we are paying and inturn they are not even training basic ethics to kids - till last year no janagana mana was sung by kids - such a gr8 schools. we parents are educated fools for still making our kids to study at DPS by seeing the campus and locality.

ReplyDeleteIf you are still presuming or believing that this school belongs to DPS or a franchisee of it, please come out of that illusion. Because it is neither belongs to DPS nor franchisee. In fact there is no concept of franchisee for original DPS Society.
Be clear that there are no franchises for DPS anywhere in India, its only through a promoting bodies who come forward collaborate with actual DPS Society and gets the actual emblem/logo and name same as DPS and is registered formally. This is how the authenticity of DPS schools established across India, o re iterate , they never been using a word franchisee.
Please follow below links for more information on DPS schools ( run by different societies but come under DPS family) Vs fraudulent franchisees by Delhi Public Schools Pvt .Ltd ( which is not related to DPS /related societies).
Also, question yourself, any franchisee should follow the same emblem/logo of the school for which it obtained franchisee. Just using DPS name and logo to attract parents for admissions and changing logo and name later on does not come under franchisee, in fact it is complete cheating, which everyone should realize.

The whole rationale behind pointing out that this school is not part of DPS in anyway is to bring awareness to the parents who had felt/assumed it DPS wrongly and joined/about to join their kids.
Moreover, the way it is organized and managed it utterly poor/worst and the school is merely commercial not ethical or even structured properly. Please think twice or more before you decide to join into this school either this academic year.
Once you join your kid(s), what name you will tell your relatives/neighbors/friends/colleagues where your child is studying? Its not a DPS. We have to feel shy when you say that it neither a branch of DPS nor a franchisee, it just one school like any other but with the name "Delhi Public Secondary School".

Music dance play time I have sat through the classes seen in cctvs on regularly basis

This school is a sheer waste of money and spoiling your children's future. First of all it is not under the Aegis of Delhi Public School Society, New Delhi, secondly it's managed by a business family. There is absolutely no discipline, children come out class rooms any time of the day shouting without any line, without any uniform and wearing slippers. Staff are under qualified mostly house wives from the family tree, students are controlled by contingent staff likes cleaners, drivers, aayas. Even no proper facilities for toilets in spite of the academic year has already begun. If you want a bright future for your child, please please do not admit here. Think of other good better schools in and around this place. There is one lady called Aroma, who is not better than STINK.
